Standard processing time is 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During high-demand periods (such as seasonal sales, holidays, or unexpected global delays), processing may take slightly longer.

2. Delivery Timeframes

The estimated delivery time for most destinations is 5–14 business days after order processing.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination, local postal service efficiency, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.
We always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

3. Shipping Method and Protection

All orders are shipped using standard international delivery through trusted logistics partners.
Braymonts provides shipping protection in case of loss or damage during transit.
If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us — our team will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

Please note: at this time, tracking numbers are not provided. Tracking functionality will be added in a future update to our shipping system.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, please note that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may be charged once the package reaches your country.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Braymonts does not control or influence these fees, as they are determined by your local customs authorities.

If you refuse to pay customs duties and the parcel is returned to us, the original shipping fee will be non-refundable.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned to Braymonts due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur additional re-shipment costs.
Address changes or cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
After this period, changes cannot be guaranteed.

6. Delays and Exceptions

Braymonts is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
  • Customs inspections or clearance delays
  • Severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes
  • Government regulations or unforeseen global transport restrictions

We appreciate your understanding and patience in these rare situations.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 calendar days of the expected delivery date.
Our team will investigate the issue and, if confirmed, offer either:

  • A replacement item (subject to availability), or
  • A full refund to your original payment method.

Braymonts is not responsible for theft or loss after confirmed delivery at the provided address.

8. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and package size.
From time to time, free shipping promotions may be offered for qualifying orders.
