We offer a 30-day hassle-free return or exchange policy, which includes and exceeds the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to EU and UK consumers.
Every product is carefully inspected before shipping, but if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Please review the simple conditions below before initiating a return or exchange.

1. Returns

We want you to feel completely confident when shopping with Braymonts. Although we stand behind the quality of our products, we understand that some situations may require a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories
  • Clearly show any defect or damage (photos required, when applicable)

To begin a return, email us at support@braymonts.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and any relevant photos. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Braymonts reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions stated above.

Non-Returnable Situations

While we aim to be as flexible as possible, there are certain cases where returns cannot be accepted:

  • Size issues: If a size chart was provided on the product page, customers are responsible for choosing the correct size. Returns for sizing reasons will not be accepted unless the item differs from the listed measurements.

  • Change of mind or preference: If the item matches the product description and photos but doesn’t meet your personal expectations (e.g., color, material, or style), we cannot process a return.

That said, our policy is customer-first — if you believe your situation deserves special consideration, please contact us. We’ll do our best to find a fair solution.

Restocking Fees

A 15% restocking fee may apply to high-value products or items returned without their original packaging.
This fee does not apply to returns due to defects, incorrect shipments, or any error on our part.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used products (e.g., hygiene-sensitive accessories)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
  • Gift cards and store credits

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If your order included free shipping as part of a promotion, a small restocking fee may be deducted from your refund amount.

3. Exchanges

Received an item that was defective or damaged? We’ve got you covered.

Send us an email at support@braymonts.com with your order number, a brief description, and photos of the issue within 30 days of receiving your item.
We’ll gladly arrange an exchange — subject to stock availability.

If the desired item is out of stock, we’ll offer a suitable replacement or a refund.

4. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part (e.g., a damaged or incorrect item), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For a smooth experience, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Braymonts cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check with your bank or credit card provider — processing times may vary.
  2. If your refund still hasn’t appeared after several business days, contact us at support@braymonts.com, and our team will assist you right away.

6. Gifts

Received a Braymonts item as a gift that didn’t quite work out?
If the product was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we can issue a gift credit equal to the item’s value once it’s returned and inspected.
You’ll receive a digital gift certificate via email.
